So this was my first experience with Turo and I can’t say that it was very easy to find at the beginning with somebody that is not familiar with it. I did get my car and my top car smelled of smoke and I could not get the radio at all to work! I checked around to other places like Enterprise and literally for $50 more. It was less of a hassle. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing but not very easy for what I needed it for. I can understand if you needed it for like a specific car or something. Thank you very much
Hi Lynne, thank you for your feedback and for trying Turo for the first time. The vehicle is inspected and cleaned before every trip and is a strictly non-smoking car. The radio was working properly before the rental. The price is clearly shown before booking. Also, the parking ticket was not left in the vehicle after the trip, which resulted in a $30 lost ticket fee. I believe this review may be related to avoiding that parking ticket charge.!!
