Trip ended early not owners fault
Hello, during the rental period our car had no issues. The tire damage was caused by user error, and you delivered the car to a towing company unknown to us while cutting off communication with us. We were only able to locate the car 5 days later. Therefore, we believe the rating given is not fair. Our car is fully functional, well-maintained, and ready to serve future guests.
