Overpaid for a subpar car that has stained seats and very worn interior, badly weathered paint job with lots of scratches and dings. The fuel tank was not full (although the owner said it was full - it was below the full line), the whole thing felt like a sham - will never do it again. Had a very packed trip that didn’t allow time for us to return the vehicle - otherwise would’ve. The AC didn’t have sufficient coolant - so, it took quite some time to cool off. The rear window is so poorly tinted (all bubbling) it was unsafe for safe driving. Also the poor tint job on the drivers side makes it hard to clearly see through. All in all, HATED my first Turo rental and will never repeat the experience.
Thank you for your review. The car transported you safely throughout your rental period. Also, if you press the A/C button when using the air conditioning, it will cool properly. The fuel was definitely full. You picked up the car about 3 hours after it was parked, and I believe your negative review is related to the parking fee you paid. Previous guests have never had any complaints about this car.
