The car was AMAZING!! 10/10, would recommend. The host was very responsive and more than willing to help with our time and location changes for pickup and drop-off. The car was clean, had that new-car smell, and only 11,774 miles on it when we rented it. The exhaust sounds FANTASTIC and the car has different modes (Normal, Sport, Track, etc.) you can cycle through to really have fun with it, the Sport and Track mode also change the sound of the exhaust, that + the color turns heads when driving through LA. The car is comfortable for long drives and has all the newest features you'd expect a 2025 car to have: Auto Start-Stop, Lane Assist, Brake Hold, Android Auto / Apple CarPlay, etc. Although, I'd recommend turning off Lane Assist when you're not worried about falling asleep, I found that that the car bites turns weird when Lane Assist is on, I kept it off for our whole trip. The sound system is INCREDIBLE, I messed with the equalizer a bit to tailor it to the type of music we listen to, crisp highs, solid mids, and enough low-end to actually feel the music. All in all, it was a GREAT experience renting this car, thank you UNIVERSAL MOTORS for everything 🙏🙂 I would definitely recommend renting this car, you won't be disappointed.

Only suggestion is it would be helpful to have a guest parking pass and/or a suggestion for our own car that we bring to the pick-up location.

Car was amazing and served our needs super well. Host kept thing simple, pickup was easy and instructions were clear. Also the car had more luggage space than expected. We managed to fit 3 persons, luggage and skis in the car.
