Extremely disappointing experience. I would NEVER rent from this host again.
This vehicle was absolutely not as described in the listing. The moment I got inside, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, along with an excessive amount of artificial air freshener that was clearly attempting to mask the odor. As someone who is extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, this was completely unacceptable.
Beyond the smell, the vehicle itself was in poor condition and nowhere near what I expected for the price I paid.
What should have been a simple, convenient rental turned into a complete nightmare. I was traveling for work and had to rearrange my entire day, move clients around, cut my workday short, and go out of my way to return the vehicle early and find another rental.
The amount of time, money, and inconvenience this caused was ridiculous. Had the condition of the vehicle and the cigarette smoke been accurately disclosed, I NEVER would have booked it.
I absolutely believe a full refund was warranted, especially considering I couldn’t even use the vehicle for the intended rental period.
Completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend renting from this host.
