Ali was a great host. He was very accommodating on my plane schedule. The car was spotless and in great condition. I will definitely use him again when I’m in the Newport Beach area.

I reserved this car for my wedding. I am glad that he agreed to allow me to use such a beautiful car but I was more disappointed with the experience. Communication was poor and I recommend to look elsewhere if you want a smooth experience.
I went above and beyond to accommodate this rental. Although the pickup location exceeded my free delivery radius, I delivered the car at no extra charge, waited over 40 minutes with no response, then returned later for check-in, spending nearly 3 hours in total. I clearly explained my pickup time limit, but the renter didn’t respond and I ultimately had to retrieve the car from the valet. I believe the facts speak for themselves.
