Overall, the trip was okay, but there were a few issues worth noting. The vehicle was not fully cleaned at pickup, and the interior had noticeable dust. In addition, one of the tires had low air pressure when I received the car, and I had to add air during the trip.
Aside from that, the vehicle drove fine and the host was responsive during the trip. However, I would recommend better vehicle preparation before future rentals.
The car was detailed I have the photos for proof. You said everything was great all throughout until I sent an invoice for going over mileage. Didn’t make any extra charges, only what it was. You decided to drive over mileage and got charged for it. Nice and simple. Hope you understand. I take pride in my business and am sorry for any misunderstandings.
