Car itself was in good condition and we had no issues throughout our trip. Nadiia was nice and responsive. She was clear and helpful with instructions of pick up and drop off. Only minor issue was that the ad had stated the car would have Apple CarPlay. When we asked Nadiia she said it should have it but she didn’t know how to make it work. We also could not figure it out so we were limited to Bluetooth.
