Vina was an excellent host! Communication was smooth and easy, and she was always very quick to respond to any questions. The vehicle was perfect for my rental period of several days and met all my needs. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. The car was great. There was a minor issue where the oil level was low because the last oil change was in 2025. The owner had asked me if I wanted to take it to the mechanic and get an oil change. I was busy that week so I was not able to.

The host was very nice very sweet picking up. The car was a little different than what I am used to. The one thing I was a little disappointed on was how dirty the car was and how dirty the windows were with fingerprints all over them.. As soon as I picked up the car I had to call check the tire pressure and put some air on one of the tires and get the car washed and vacuum. Car was good took me to my destination and back very good car on gas.

Sorry to hear that the car wasn't as clean as it should have been. I want to explain: The previous trip ended on Sat. and I immediately washed the exterior. I would say that BMW exterior had been clean and looked nice. I had planned to do a full interior cleaning and air the tire pressure on Sunday morning. However, your trip was booked very early in 6am and for an 8am. pickup. I woke up at 8:10am in that morning and didn't have enough time to get everything ready before you arrived.
