Car was great! Excellent on gas mileage with all the bells and whistles. Giving 4 stars based on the pickup and drop off process. It wasn’t clear and had to send multiple messages to figure out how to pick up and drop off. It was advertised as having a lock box to get the car ourselves and drop off easily but it was not that simple. Owner was wonderful at communicating, I just would have preferred to have a more clear cut process.
