This host really went the extra mile for me. I had my first ever month long rental and it REAKED of smoke when I picked it up. I’m talking….like sitting in a giant ash tray. He immediately recognized my distress, acknowledged it, apologized profusely, and scheduled a car cleaning for the next day! He also had the car cleaner remove the seat covers and change the air fillet and steam the whole car. It helped a lot! The seats under the covers weren’t that bad beyond some stains, but there were no burns, which leads me to believe he was NOT a smoker and was telling the truth!! Very rare these days. If you drive a lot and want a car with good trunk space, this is your guy and car!!

This was a great car to drive and the owner was really kind and flexible with using the car another day. I’ll definitely recommend and will use again when I visit Los Angeles!
