Chris was such a good host when it came to renting our vacation car. Nothing but the best of things to say. Accommodated by a late drop-off as well Chris had no hesitation to do so. This was my first time to come of many now using Turo thanks to Chris.

I would recommend providing clearer parking instructions, since the shuttle drop-off location is in a different building from the actual parking structure. It was a little confusing at first.
However, I’m still giving this a 5-star review because the host was extremely responsive there was basically no wait for communication. The photos provided before the trip were also very helpful, especially for recognizing the car and knowing exactly what to look for.
The car was very clean and spotless inside. It is listed as a non-smoking vehicle, although we could still smell something that seemed like vape smoke or a similar scent.
Overall, it was still a great experience and definitely 5 stars! :)
