The Tesla was amazing to the point that me and my wife are headed back home to buy one lol. The vehicle runs smooth and has some amazing features! The pick up was easy there’s a shuttle that picks you up and takes you to the lot only about 5 min from the airport. I make frequent trips to LA so I’ll definitely use this car again. Thanks again!

The car was clean and ready to drive right away. It was my first time driving an electric vehicle, and the battery drained a bit faster than I expected.
James was very responsive to my questions. An adapter for a generic EV charger wasn’t included, but the Tesla Supercharger network in California was more than sufficient.
The reimbursement for the electricity I used during the trip was issued promptly after my trip. I didn’t cross-check all the details, but I trust James.
I would definitely be willing to use James’s car again on my next trip to LA.
