Car was great, and though imperfect, I would rent again. Couple of areas where service could be improved: 1. Parking fees should be disclosed prior to booking. I was not notified of $70 in additional fees for parking until after I booked and then had to add "portable gps" that was just the parking fee. Also? 2. Send pickup instructions well in advance. I was waiting at the airport for pickup instructions for a while which caused me to be late to pickup my vehicle.
The car it self was in 8/10 condition and 9/10 cleanliness nothing major wrong but did have to document several imperfections to ensure I don't get blamed.
Other than that I really enjoyed the car and would rent again and would recommend Success to others.

What a fun ride! The Mercedes convertible was spotless, stylish, and fun to drive. Cruising with the top down made the trip even more memorable and enjoyable. The host was great with communication and sharing pickup and drop-off instructions. Highly recommend!
