I had a disappointing experience with this rental. I returned the car with the same fuel level as when I received it, and I have clear timestamped photos from both pickup and drop-off (including after refueling) to support that.
Despite this, I was sent an invoice claiming the fuel was low, which is simply not accurate. I’ve raised the issue and provided evidence, but it’s frustrating to deal with a charge that shouldn’t have been applied in the first place.
I’d recommend future renters take detailed photos at pickup and return to protect themselves. Transparency and fair billing are important, and this experience didn’t meet that standard.
