Car quality: car has certainly seen better days. The suspension needed a refresh about 15k miles ago, alignment is way off causing the steering wheel to be offset to the right when going straight, the left side car speakers do not work, the key fab’s battery is dead, and obviously some general wear and tear expected to be seen in a 70k miles car
Host/Service: Techiia and the team were very helpful. The 3 star review is truly more of a reflection of the car than the host in this scenario. It doesn’t take a genius to suspect that renting an E46 off of Turo may come with its issues, and it did haha. The car ended up dying in front of the hotel the first night due to a flat battery, but the host sent us a new battery the following day, as well as issued a refund for the first days rent and Turo roadside assistance charge. Car pickup/drop off was not in the greatest area, but stationed in a secure lot and is otherwise very convenient. If you are considering renting a newer and less maintenance heavy car from Techiia, I would absolutely recommend doing so.
