Transito was wonderful. He's helpful, extremely quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. On a scale of 1-5, he's a 10. Turo on the other hand is a Zero. Very difficult to communicate with, always anxious to threaten penalties, a perfect example of how obnoxious and anti-customer a company can be. So 10 for Transito and 0 for Turo = 5 for the overall rating.

Love this car-perfect for our time in Palm Springs-held both sets of golf clubs and suitcases. Owner met me outside luggage claim. Very nice and professional
