The car was great. I would recommend taking a screenshot of the pickup information because I couldn't find the lock code after when I went to return the car. The gas has a lock that most Volvos don't have which is released by the steering wheel and you can't see it when you are in the car. I am usually early and able to fill it and not have a problem in any other kind of car I've had before. So I'm hopeful that the future will be smoother for others!
The exact location of the vehicle (picture provided) and the lockbox code was provided in the App like always. I will admit that Turo has too many places where information can be found and if you miss it, you might think it’s the Host’s instructions that are the problem when in reality the information was provided. I can’t change where the vehicle manufacturer places the filler door release. This is the first renter who has had an issue finding it.
