Had to make last minute reservation for a business trip. Host had great and quick communication. Trip ended a day early due to business trip wrapping up early. Change to reservation was simple.

Overall bad experience. I feel like I was scammed. I initially reserved a bmw sedan 2 weeks in advance. 30 minutes before I go to pick up my rental I get a call that my vehicle was damaged with no real explanation. I had no time to get another rental because of how late I was told my vehicle wasn’t ready. I was put in a 2013 Toyota Yaris as my only rental option. Received a 3$ discount and basically paid the same price as if I were in a bmw. No real accommodation was given! I will not be renting with this person ever again. Very unprofessional
