I’m so happy with my host and the rental car I picked up! I traveled to visit my Mom with no worries, this host is always very responsive and helpful! I love that they offer unlimited mileage as an option when I rent giving me peace of mind while traveling! Thank you so much for being AWESOME business owners and operators! You definitely get what you pay for and I do did not have any issues with the vehicle. It is have I expected for a 12 year old vehicle. My issue was being told the incorrect lockbox code. I messaged the host several times. A man conveniently came and pointed out that I had the correct vehicle but the wrong code. I do not know if this man appeared because I was having issues or because he just happened to be coming by. However I did not receive an additional message from the host on this app.
