Our business practice: we don't review a guest if something 'is off' about the trip. This is the 2nd time we 'haven't reviewed' this guest.
Upon pickup she said there was an odor and that the car was not clean. We asked her to return the car and we would provide a full refund. She refused.
The car was clean AND DISENFECTED via an ozone machine to remove odors and sterilize interior. Some people don't like ozone smell?
We refunded 50% of the guests $$...
We do NOT send out dirty cars.
