Car needs a wheel alignment it’s pulling to the right really hard. But other than that overall good ride. The he host was great he had great communication and worked with me as I had to make changes to my trip.

Car made noises I couldn’t identify, pieces of the bumper where zip tied. It’s a temporary fix, but it also did not prevent further possible damages. When I arrive to pick up the rental, it was almost 2 hours hours late. The owner was nice and apologetic, but did not really accommodate for a time loss or vehicle quality..

We take every guest's experience seriously. At no point during your trip did you report any unusual noises, bumper concerns, or safety issues. These concerns were only raised at the end of the trip upon returning the vehicle. Prior to your rental, the vehicle had no documented unusual noise issues, and no previous guest had reported any such concerns. You took the car in good state. Following your trip, we discovered major damage to the front bumper and a damaged tires that required repairs.
Amazing host! Accessible and responsible. My car went down unexpectedly immediately as able to book. Thank you!!
