Everything about the car and host was great. The car was easy to find. Good condition, barely sips gas. Good communication. I had a medical issue where I couldn't drive the car back to the agreed location. I had to pay a fee for this but honestly was fair considering the situation. I appreciate the hosts understanding!
Only suggestion I have for Turo is it should be more clear that I have to pay an additional fee to get the car out of the airport lot. It just sucks to pay for the rental, taxes and fees, only to find out I have to pay another unexpected fee just to drive the car. Luckily it was only $9 but still, it would be good to know all the costs up front.
Thank you for the review. When you book the car, my welcome message outlines the additional parking fee. I charge a small delivery fee that sometimes does not even cover my cost to uber, so I do ask guests to pay parking fee. This helps keep my delivery fee low. Most hosts do require guests to pay for airport parking to get car out. Host pays parking after return.
