Too many reminders about getting and picking up car. Car was hard to find. Cost 9 to get out of lot which is it costs [we day. Too many extra fees if car isn't returned c to ean. Will not use Tor or again.
Turo is rolling out a new policy. The parking fees must be included in the delivery fee in the near future Turo will be refunding any parking fees that the guest pays.
As far as cleaning or smoking fees, those are standard fees for any rental car company. The guest was not charged any of these fees, so I’m not sure what the issue is. They returned the car in good condition. I do provide a car wash for free which is available to use but not required during their trip. 🤷🏼♂️

Amazing vehicle top tier host, car was more then expected great gas mileage and more importantly host was very communicative and vehicle was easy to retrieve and drop off

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
