The host was really nice and communicated well but I feel like the options for time pickup/drop off shouldn’t be so vast if he couldn’t do them, we picked specific times to cater to the schedule we wanted to keep.
The car was clean but wouldn’t really recommend for long distance, we just took it to Chicago and back but it seemed like it shouldn’t have been available for a trip like that.
While I respect this guest experience, first, this guest received pickup/drop-off at no cost, 15 miles away. I dropped off 1 hour early and picked up 45 minutes after drop off time. Those don’t seem like unreasonable windows, but I should have let them know that this was meant to be a contactless experience (I handed the key in person).
Lastly, car is fine, mechanically as I’ve driven it since and there are no issues.
We’ll continue to do everything we can to create a great experience.
