If you read ANY of our instructions at all your experience would've been a breeze like the 3000+ guests before you. Budget has a rental car counter that can better serve your needs.

Car was dirty with lots of small black spiders. It seems like it has been just sitting and not driven in a while. Very dusty and didn’t smell clean. Rides good.
Car set for exactly 6 hours before you picked it up and the 100+ photos taken of the car interior right before your trip refutes your clean claim. You are mad because you tried to stiff us for $60 in gas and we called you on it.

Really enjoyed the car, it was a joy to drive. My experience was smooth and completely unremarkable except for how lovey the car was, which is all I ask for. Will rent with them again.

Brian and Melissa's Jaguar XJ was a great rental! The car was lovely to drive and to be in. Everything works in it, from the navigation to the massaging seats to the dual sunroofs - very impressive for a fully loaded British car! I was visiting family in Indy and they all enjoyed making Jeremy Clarkson "Jaaaaaag" jokes about it. Every time I fired up the engine, seeing the gear selector knob slowly rise out of the center console really made my day.
Brian and Melissa were great hosts. They gave crystal clear instructions for pickup and dropoff at the airport and they left a nice little care package for us in the car. I'm looking forward to renting another one of their cars next time I'm in Indianapolis!
