Car is located in Economy Lot at Indy airport. Entry to lot is free for your ride as long as they are in and out within 15 minutes. Car is always located near a shelter/shuttle stop in the economy lot. We will provide specific location on day of pickup.

The car was exactly how described. The location for pickup was descriptive and easy to find. They had great communication when I had questions. Thanks for making my first Turo experience easy. I will be back!

Summer
Pickup and drop off at airport was easy - host gave clear instructions. Check engine light came on at the end of my trip, and when I contacted the host, they were able to identify a gas cap issue remotely. Clear communication goes a long way for peace of mind.
I had issues with the navigation system- lag, sometimes it would turn off mid-route, it would auto-populate locations out of state so I had to be diligent making sure I selected the right address. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the very intense back massager in the driver's seat for about 30 minutes - which honestly was just hilarious.
