The host communicated well and the car was great! This was my first time going through this process so I had to get past the learning curve. The delivery was on time and located right where the host described. I had a little trouble navigating through the app, but I’ve got it now. It is way more convenient than waiting in line at a rental counter and you get the actual car that you choose. I will use this service many times over.
