I want to start by saying this rental was booked last minute so this may effect my experience. Overall the car was okay. The car was left in the economy lot which isn't a huge deal but in the past the turo cars I've rented have been in the garage where you can walk right to. The location provided was incorrect (it was close-ish) but at midnight with a kiddo is not the time I wanted to play find the car. Host did reply when I messaged but outside of that there was nothing (which may be normal but not based on my previous turo experiences).
