The car battery died and I was stuck without a way back home.

Guest was at her mileage limit and facing late fees while still hrs away. It seems she created an issue to avoid overages, claiming the battery died. The tow driver started it without issue. We provided three options for her return: Drive the vehicle back, an Uber credit, or ride with the tow. She rejected all options provided and chose to stay. We did everything possible for her! The vehicle was inspected and had NO issues, upset she lied about the vehicle condition which cost us $$$ and effort
