The car had a smoke smell

I will always respect a guest's sensitivity to smell, and in so doing I take great care to make sure my vehicles smell as neutral as possible. To myself, others and previous guests, the car smells neutral, as desired.
In cases like these, even though I disagree with the guest's assessment, I still go and get the car re-detailed. No such thing as a car that's too clean 👍
