I cancelled this trip after reviewing the guest's most recent host feedback, which reflected a consistent pattern of serious concerns and resulted in an average rating of just 1 out of 5 stars. Turo does not allow hosts to cancel trips without impacting host metrics, and I am taking that penalty to avoid a potentially negative rental experience. I discussed the concerns with the guest and I cancelled the booking. After hosting 3800+ trips, I go with my gut feeling when I sense red flags.
