The trip was canceled solely due to a communication barrier that made it difficult to clearly coordinate important trip details and vehicle instructions. Clear communication is necessary to ensure a smooth and safe rental experience for both the guest and host. The cancellation was based only on the inability to effectively communicate regarding the trip.
Second time renting from Christina, she made my rental smooth and easy . Christina is by far the best host I’ve dealt with, all about the communication. Surly will be renting again when needed.
