Pick up location could be a bit more convenient and not back in a very secluded area. And the host is contacting me asking me what I’m using the vehicle for. I was very unsure why i needed to tell her that information. If I’m paying to rent the vehicle it doesn’t matter where I’m going or what I’m doing. I’m also sure it was her that sat and watched me pick up the vehicle. Which being in a secluded area didn’t make me feel comfortable

Your claims are ridiculous!! The pickup was at a well-lit commercial property, and you were advised to review the location or book elsewhere. My car was apparently your only budget-friendly option. Video recording shows nobody else in the parking lot. You're delusional to accuse me of sitting there watching you! Even without asking about travel plans, don't be naive—hosts can monitor vehicle activity through GPS tracking. My questions were about vehicle suitability, not controlling your trip!

This trip was canceled due to the guest's extremely unpleasant, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude during our communications, along with travel plans that I was not comfortable accommodating with my vehicle. As a host, I have every right to assess whether a trip is suitable for my vehicle. Given the guest's behavior and the concerns surrounding her intended travel, I determined that proceeding with this reservation was not in my best interest.
Great overall experience would love to have this vehicle again thank you.

Cristina was amazing and the car was great. No issues whatsoever. It is soooo good on gas too. Cristina is a great communicator and is super kind. She felt like a friend at the end of my rental which was over two months. I will definitely rent again from her and will refer anyone I know that uses Turo to her as well. She was so professional and made everything so smooth and easy! Thank you so much Cristina!! You are truly the best!!
