The vehicle was great, the host however had poor communication. I was skeptical about renting from this host with a lot of rentals thinking they might not do well and I was right, but I proceeded because of the good reviews. After contacting the host listed a number of times to get the vehicles location he kept giving me different numbers for different hosts to contact. After not being able to contact those host, he told me they’d send the info 15 mins before my rental started. I explained that there’s no way I’d make it in 15 mins for the time my rental is supposed to start and I had a meeting to get to. I got no answer. My rental time passed and still no location for the vehicle. I got the location 19 mins after my rental started. On top of that, I had to pay to leave the parking lot, which there was no mention of that. The vehicle also had what look like food grease on the buttons and an alcohol bottle under the seat with alcohol in it and a few other things under and noticeable in between the seats. These things need to be addressed to not expose guest to legal issues.

Not bad at all just two things that need to be done one is above the middle count console the ceiling console there's a stain and I was just was you press the button on the door would be even more helpful and better other than that everything else was okay

At the beginning we had a little problem with finding the place. Then we had a problem with getting into the car but the guy helped out with everything well & I thank them for that. Overall the car was GREAT drove great! The experience was a good 8/10 I would most definitely book with them again & thank you so much! Houston was wonderful I recommend everyone visit!!
