The drop-off and pick-up were awesome. Communication? Not so bad. I want to give a five-star, but I can't. The Tesla was pretty sweet except that this model can't go 300 miles on a charge as the ad says, especially if you are headed up in altitude and are on the freeway where the speeds are 80+. We made it about 160 miles heading from St. George to Salt Lake before we had to stop and charge it. Oh and the charging takes about 45 minutes, so if you are a first-time Tesla driver like I was, you now know to add more time onto your trip. Teh charging was relatively painless once you started because the owner has it set up to charge to his card and then you pay him back. Getting the Tesla app on my phone was also painless. The car itself was in pretty good shape. I will say that Teslas do have the zippiness, even if the range isn't there. Anyway, the price was good, as was everything else, except the range isn't as advertised. I was told by the owner that it is what Turo puts on there, and he can't change it. I believe him, so I put the warning here. My trip to Salt Lake took about two hours longer, showed a charging station where there wasn't one, but that wasn't the owner's fault. If you would like to try out a Tesla for a long distance, this is the way to go. I did want to try the Car Summoning feature, but was afraid. Maybe next time.
