The car quality was great drove excellent but it smelled like smoke and it wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be . The other issue I had was that the host did not communicate AT ALL ! I booked a trip for 4 days while I’m picking up the car they tell me that I have to change my trip dates before I leave with the car and that I have to bring it back on the 3rd which I didn’t pay for that I pay for 4 days so I get the car and I realize after I picked the car up that I won’t be able to bring the car back on the 3rd day so I text the host not even 10mins after picking the car up no response …. I text again the next day having to ask a question still no response I text all weekend and no one ever responded. But soon as I modify the trip for me to come back on 4th day the host proceeds to call and try and text me after I’ve been trying to get in contact with host over 3 days . I feel as if the young lady prejudged me and didn’t want me to have her car and was basically trying to make it seem like I’ve never drove a Mercedes …..Communication was terrible .nice car besides everything else

Absolutely stellar experience with this host. They responded quickly when I was out of town with the car and the valet service required us to call the host for something. They were super friendly, helpful, and flexible. Car is excellent!! Would rent again.
