Host was rude and very sarcastic! The car did not look like the pictures. Our pictures definitely didn’t match!
Guest wanted to cancel trip because she didnt need the vehicle anymore while also wanting a full refund. She needed some kind of reason to get a full refund so she told turo I didn't give her the right car. I strongly advise that hosts avoid this one.
