I would like to say thank you for letting me rent this vehicle. When I picked up the Honda Civic it was clean and comfortable and had a full tank of gas. I really enjoyed driving this car. It's excellent on gas and I had a smooth ride everywhere I went. I would definitely rent this vehicle again.

I would not rent from this host again.
From the moment we picked up the Honda Civic, the tire pressure warning light was already on. We stopped to add air, and while three tires inflated to the correct PSI, one tire displayed an error and would not register a PSI or inflate properly. It wasn’t flat at the time and the car drove normally so we continued driving on it.
Later during our trip, we came back to find that same tire completely flat. There was no accident, collision, pothole, curb strike, or any other incident that was alleged that could have caused damage or a flat tire. We immediately notified the host, put on the spare tire to avoid causing any further damage, and returned the vehicle.
What happened afterward was the most disappointing part. Instead of discussing the issue fairly, the host accused us of causing a collision and claimed the car was no longer drivable, the rim was bent, the vehicle wasn’t repairable, and that it suddenly had other mechanical problems, including unusual noises and not driving straight. He even stated those issues weren’t present before our rental. None of those issues occurred while we had the vehicle, and there was never any incident that would have caused them.
We were honest, reported the issue immediately, and handled the situation responsibly. Being met with serious accusations and claims for damages after reporting what appeared to be a pre-existing tire issue was extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend renting from this host.
