Very responsive! Would recommend 100/10. We had a no show host and booked last minute and they had car ready within a hour! Easy pick up and drop off!

Hoar was a douche. Threatened to cancel my ride during pick up because the car was locked
Allen was also a “douch*”. I explained when he arrived earlier than the start of the reservation that I was already on my way to the Airport to assist because the WiFi unlock failed to connect to the vehicle. I told him my gps put me at him in 20 minutes. He then calls me back wondering where I was after 15 minutes. I explained that if he wanted to be rude and impatient with me at 11:30 at night I would be happy to cancel the reservation and get back in bed.
