If I could give a ZERO star I would. I booked this trip with the Host Darren only to have interactions with a RUDE African or Jamaican lady. Her attitude was piss poor and disgusting. I would NEVER book this Host again. Terrible experience. If I could dispute the charge with my bank it would. How dare you or your team treat people poorly while their paying for your car? Get rid of that mean ass African lady or whatever she is. She's not a good fit for your team.
