The quality of the car was not what I expected. It was an old vehicle with no GPS system so was a bit inconvenient for me being a new visitor to Texas the brake squeaked, and the car looked like it was in some kind of collision in the past. There was really no contact with a host so I can't rate that.. I had to drive an hour to pick up this vehicle and return the vehicle which was also an inconvenience. I wish there were a way to see exactly where the vehicle was before booking it.
