The car quality was excellent, picked up
In good condition and dropped off the same way. Great communication from the host and was very easy to pickup/droppff. Thank you Glenn!

Very economic car drives good, easy pick up.

The car was clean however reeked of smoke the entire time. Also the tire pressure light came on multiple times. Had to get air multiple times for the same tire. This was a huge inconvenience. Great gas mileage. Host was responsive however still just a less than good experience.

Customer service was good but the car was not. The car had a pungent smell of marijuana, it made me want to spend as little time as possible in the car. The tire sensor also went off twice, requiring me to fill up on air. The host was responsive and offered a small refund, which was appreciated, but I wouldn't rent this car again.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Cleanliness and vehicle condition are very important to me, and I’ve taken steps to address both the odor and tire sensor to ensure future guests have a comfortable trip. Thank you for acknowledging the refund and my communication.”
