This was my first time booking with Turo. I definitely enjoyed it a little more versus the big chains. I had to slightly go off the airport campus to get to the car, but that wasn’t a problem since they offered a free shuttle. All of their supplied instructions left no room for questions. The biggest advantage to Turo, in my opinion, was being able to rent the EXACT car chosen at the time of booking. That has never happened with ANY of the big chain companies. Hopefully on my next trip, wherever it may be, I find a host company as thorough as TNA for my transportation needs.

Pick up and drop off was smooth. There were multiple scratches and dents on the exterior of the vehicle and a crack in the windshield, but the car runs smoothly and we had no issues whilst driving

The car was great. Very fuel efficient and smooth. We happened to meet a TNA employee at pick up and he explained a few things about the car that were very helpful for someone that hasn’t driven a Prius before. Any correspondence through the Turo app was very prompt. The process of getting to the car took a few steps, but it wasn’t too bad. Just give yourself an extra hour or so.
