Worst Host ever I will file a compliant with Turo. First the car they rented me had car trunk full of trash. Then they ended my trip before my expiration date on accident and was not able to help me with their mistake. Last I re book another car with her and she cancels it because of me being upset from what her employee did by ending my trip!

So where do I start when I received this car It had a few stains on the seat and it had a smell I was in a rush for a interview because I previously had got a car from the had to return a few days later due to brakes squeaking and something underneath the car was dragging ok so I went to get my mom I kelp smelling something I finally look in the back seat it was throw up on the floor let’s just say the car wasn’t cleaned before renting out again so the owner did meet me cleaned the throw up off the floor is was smushed in the floor like it’s been there for days on top of that it was just always a smell in the car like somebody butt it was really strong I had to get fresheners for the car once it went out I kelp smelling it smell coming from AC that smells like someone’s butt not only that my son waste a little water on the seat and it made his pants smell really bad I just stuck with the car because I already had returned a car and didn’t want to make to much of a big deal I didn’t enjoy this car whatsoever I couldn’t believe the smell also the had all kinds of stuff in the truck of the car I went grocery shopping open up trunk for first time I couldn’t put all my groceries back there customer service is very important I wasn’t pleased with this ride and will never rent from them again I felt with this car for 26 days didn’t want to give it no star but I had to just to submit my review I hope that this make them clean that car better then when I rented it such a nice car just not taking car of properly
