My experience was exhausting, first the car was on a hotel parking lot which I didn’t have a room at so they gave me a hard time about transporting me there. Then on returning the vehicle which I did last night a little after 11pm it took 15-20 minutes for me to get in the gate…

Trip started well only to find out the car had balding tires and one of them blew while driving, host claimed tires were fairly new but that wasn’t true. Definitely ruined the trip for me. Wouldn’t rent again with them due to false advertisement
