Turo is ripping people off they actually charged me $35 fee for extending my rental so I was penalized for a late booking that is crazy I'm very upset and so I'm going to go on social media and tell everybody

Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The host was very sweet and professional. He made sure to explain everything about the car to me and also provided me with access to use his car wash membership to wash the car upon my return. He also gave me a discount on my next rental. As far as the car, it was very nice and clean, full of gas and ready to go. I had no issues at all. I will definitely be renting from Eduardo again!!!
