I have rented from LA Auto Spot probably 25+ times... unfortunately, the place has gone down dramatically.
They've moved multiple times, the car (this time) was 4 hours late, the cars usually have expensive registration, etc...
This is it for me!

Not convenient… great car but a struggle to pick it up with shuttle service barely operating and workers on the lot not acknowledging you.
