The pickup process was smooth and very easy, which I appreciated. The host was responsive throughout the rental and proactively acknowledged some of the vehicle’s existing issues. He also offered the courtesy of picking up the vehicle from me at the end of the trip, which was greatly appreciated.
That said, the vehicle showed more wear and tear than was apparent in the listing photos. There were several cosmetic and interior condition issues, and the speakers were not functioning well. Additionally, the battery appeared to have reduced capacity, likely due to prior mechanical repairs, which resulted in needing to charge the vehicle more frequently than expected.
Overall, I would rate the experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. The host’s communication and customer service were positive aspects of the rental, but prospective renters should be aware that the vehicle may require more frequent charging than anticipated.
