We understand you may need to get to your destination and cannot return the vehicle back to the same location. As long as you can meet us at your one-way destination in person, we will make arrangements to come to you. Delivery/Pick Up not included.

Bryan was truly amazing! I had the most difficult time will all my cancelled rides! I had already booked a car with Turo before my trip and when arriving the driver canceled, booked another one and they also canceled, so I was at the airport for almost 5 hrs without a ride. Last minute seen this Tesla called Turo to assist me with everything, Bryan responded quickly, communication was amazing and he charged the car for me, and headed right over to the airport with no questions asked. Came and met me at passenger pickup, introduced himself to me and let me go about my weekend trip! I appreciate him so much! Will def be back and book with him!!

Thanks for your feedback, Hakim. The vehicle is cleaned and inspected before every trip, so I’m surprised to hear this. With a late-night pickup and ongoing storms in Houston, exterior conditions can change quickly, but I wish anything specific had been brought to my attention so I could address it right away. Glad you still enjoyed the drive.
