The car was clean. The car also matched the description. No issues service was prompt. Although I booked the car about four hours in advance of my flight. They said this did qualify as a last-minute booking and I had to wait about 30 minutes. The full grace period. Tomorrow allows for the car to be dropped off, which was a little frustrating after travel, but once I got in the car, things were smooth. I was able to return the car early, so no major complaints.

Sorry about the wait after traveling. With the reservation made just a few hours before pickup, the car needed a little extra time to be prepared, but we understand waiting is never ideal. Happy it was clean, matched the listing, and everything went smoothly once you were on the road. We’ll keep improving coordination for last-minute bookings so vehicles can be ready as quickly as possible.
My host was very friendly and understanding as I needed to extend my reservation. The location was easy picking and dropping off.
