I had trouble from the pick up with no return messages and then to be told I am late dropping off, when I uploaded the photos of drop off at 3pm
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the message sent was simply a reminder to upload the checkout photos. Drop-off instructions are automatically provided 3 hours before the trip ends, and the vehicle was returned at 3 PM while the reservation was scheduled to end at 9 PM. Clear pickup instructions, including key retrieval details, were also provided prior to the trip. We appreciate your comments and will continue striving to provide a smooth experience for all guests.
