The car was great. Few minor issues here and there but the host communicated efficiently and was attentive to my concerns.
Low tire pressure is a completely normal thing to happen.
Tire pressure was normal before trip. And I never had an alert of low tire pressure.
The only abnormal thing to occur was when the customer picked up the car the police left a sticker on the vehicle for being “in a no parking zone”
I was unaware that the parking spot wasn’t somewhere I could park the car.

Pick up was super easy in IAH. Instructions were clearly sent and Chris was very easy to work with. Car was also really clean and in great condition. Would definitely recommend renting from him!

The host communicated clear and detailed instructions including being quick to respond. The car was in excellent condition and sparkling clean. Everything about the rental process was straight forward and easily conducted through the app. This was my first Turo experience and it has convinced me to never rent through a traditional rental car agency ever again. I would highly recommend Chris and his Sentra!!!
